    The palace is based on the lush outskirts of the city where we enjoy a balmy subtropical climate -parrots, sunshine and bromeliads aplenty! (Oh, and please do watch out for pythons darling).

  • Storage: Always store your piece in its original boutique box or a closed drawer away from direct sunlight. Ensure the item is completely dry before storing.

    Crystals: Gently polish the stones with a microfiber or lens cloth to maintain their brilliant, diamond-like sparkle.

    Textiles: Lightly wipe the fabric with a clean, damp, lint-free cloth to remove any surface dust or hair.

    Caution: Never soak, machine wash, or tumble dry your accessories.

  • Everyday Grooming: Gently brush the strands using the miniature styling brush included with your purchase to prevent tangles.

    The Golden Rule: Please strictly avoid human hair products. Hairspray, gels, and mousses will severely compromise the texture and ruin the sleek finish of the strands.

    The Frizz Rescue: If your bow's hair becomes bent, crumpled, or frizzed from storage, it can easily be revitalized! Lightly dampen the strands with water, brush them smooth, and lay the bow flat. Place a protective cotton cloth (such as a tea towel) over the hair, and gently press with an iron on a medium setting until perfectly smooth.

    The Deep Clean: If the hair accidentally comes into contact with sticky products or residue, gently cleanse the strands with a single drop of mild shampoo. Brush through with your styling brush and lay perfectly flat to air dry.
