Every piece at Batty's Boutique is meticulously handcrafted in limited edition runs or as a unique, one-off design. Because of the exclusive nature of our collections and for the hygiene of all our furry customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit for a change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please measure carefully and review all product details prior to purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We pride ourselves on our exceptional craftsmanship. Every single item is thoroughly inspected multiple times before it is carefully packaged and shipped to you.
In the highly unlikely event that you believe your product has a genuine manufacturing fault, or if it has been damaged in transit, we are here to help.
You must contact us within 7 days of your confirmed delivery to report the issue.
Clear photographs of the fault or transit damage, along with your order number, must be provided to process your claim.
If a fault or transit damage is confirmed, we will happily arrange a replacement (if inventory allows) or a full refund.
